These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and pkk33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of pkk33.net and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered thereon.

To access the full range of pkk33 services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pkk33 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. pkk33 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. No deposit fees are applied by pkk33 on any supported payment method.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkk33 account balance within one (1) to three (3) minutes of the transaction completing on your mobile wallet side. All bets placed and games played on the pkk33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, betting market, or game title. These rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the pkk33 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all pkk33 betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkk33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under applicable market-specific rules (e.g., void events, abandoned matches).

pkk33 provides all registered members with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at all times from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

Violation of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one pkk33 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the pkk33 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, playing games, or harvesting odds data.
• Engaging in collusion with other members for the purpose of defrauding the platform or other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the pkk33 platform, whether or not they result in financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pkk33 bonus structures rather than for genuine gaming purposes.
• Using the pkk33 platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial crime. pkk33 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by pkk33.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software, algorithm, or technology used by the pkk33 platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pkk33 platform, including but not limited to the pkk33 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game integrations, written content, graphics, and all other materials accessible through pkk33.net, are owned by or licensed to pkk33. These rights are protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Your use of the pkk33 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use pkk33.net solely for the purpose of your personal, non-commercial gaming activity as a registered member. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the pkk33 platform or any of its constituent materials.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pkk33 content without prior written authorisation from pkk33. Scraping, framing, or mirroring any portion of the pkk33 website is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pkk33 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

pkk33's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the pkk33 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their pkk33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

pkk33 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all services. pkk33 will use reasonable efforts to notify members of planned downtime in advance and to minimise disruption to ongoing bets and gaming sessions.

pkk33's collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data belonging to members is governed by the pkk33 Privacy Policy, which is available at pkk33.net/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkk33 collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of the platform, including for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. pkk33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkk33 is obligated to share certain member data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and financial crime prevention authorities where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations. Such disclosure will occur in accordance with applicable data protection law and will be limited to the minimum information necessary for the lawful purpose in question.

pkk33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the pkk33 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date.

pkk33 may suspend or terminate a member's account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A material breach of these Terms by the member.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• The member's voluntary request to close their account.
• A determination by pkk33 that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other members.

Upon account termination for reasons other than breach, pkk33 will process withdrawal of any genuine real-money balance remaining in the member's account, subject to completed identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not been fully wagered at the time of termination will be forfeited.

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkk33 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall first be addressed through pkk33's internal complaints resolution process before escalation to formal dispute resolution channels.
